Migration

Migrate from Spreadsheets to Ayillo

Spreadsheet migration is the most common — and usually the messiest. Ayillo's import flow accepts a CSV of properties, units, leases, and residents in a documented shape.

What imports

  • Properties and units from your master sheet
  • Residents with contact info
  • Active leases with rent, deposit, and term
  • Ledger balances as of a cutover date

How to prepare

  • Reconcile your spreadsheet on the cutover date.
  • Fill missing addresses.
  • Normalize dates.
  • Use Ayillo's CSV template at /manage/import.

Known limits

Sheet formulas don't migrate. Rebuild reports in Ayillo's reporting layer.
